We've prioritized simplicity and transparency, ensuring your stay is free from hidden fees or hotel taxes. OUR BED CONFIGURATION We have 3 memory foam beds that can sleep 3 comfortably but we recommend a group of 2 due to the size of the loft. - Day bed converts to twin (Sleeps 1) - Trundle twin bed slides out from under the day bed (1) - Loft has a twin bed (1) Unique Location on a Shared Property: Nestled within a secure and fenced-off property, our loft is situated approximately 15ft behind our main home rental. Rest assured, both the loft and the main home have separate private entrances and function as distinct, standalone buildings. Amenities & Features: Step into our uniquely designed space featuring a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a portable induction stove, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave set against stunning quartz counters. Relax in comfort with a 50" 4K television, offering Netflix, Hulu, Disney, and ESPN for your entertainment. The convertible trundle bed is fitted with two twin-size memory foam mattresses and premium sheets, promising a restful night's sleep. 8 Gig fiber internet (symmetrical upload & download) with mind-blowing speeds! Experience convenience and safety with our BCompact staircase, providing easy access to the loft bed. Detailed instructions via a QR code at both ends ensure a hassle-free stay. Thoughtful Touches: Our space is not just functional but filled with thoughtful amenities. You'll find three twin memory foam mattresses for a cozy rest, an efficient kitchenette for your culinary needs, and a 50" Roku TV for indulgent binge-watching sessions. Please note that being close to a larger house accommodating larger groups and adjacent to a metal scrap yard might introduce occasional noise. While we enforce out Quiet Hours from 9PM-9AM, morning noises from the yard may affect light sleepers. Fear not, as we provide sound machines, earplugs, and eye masks for your comfort. While located on the same premises as the main house, the loft ensures complete privacy and independence for our guests. Your stay at the loft guarantees a separate and secluded experience from the main home, allowing you to enjoy your own serene space, but please note that outdoor lounge area is shared. You'll enjoy the convenience of your own private entrance to the loft, allowing you to come and go freely, with no interference from the main home's guests. Due to this space being on the same block of a metal scrapyard, there is a chance of noise throughout the week. We do our best with the nearby houses to enforce noise violations after hours, but there is nothing that we can do about the early morning noise from the metal scrapyard. This should be considered if you are a light sleeper, but please keep in mind we provide sound machines, sleeping masks, and ear-plugs. The scrapyard operates within regular weekday working hours. While East Austin is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, it's important to note that, like many urban areas, there is a visible homeless population. However, it's essential to emphasize that these individuals have never posed a threat to our guests. The neighborhood remains safe and our property prioritizes security measures like locks and security cameras to ensure a comfortable and secure stay. We encourage respect and understanding towards all members of the community, and our guests' safety and well-being are our utmost priority. Additionally, 24/7 free street or 1 spot in the driveway through our back alley behind the loft is available. Tesla charging available!
