Great place and very responsive hosts. They checked in on us throughout the trip if we needed anything. The Steamer was broken and they had a new one there within an hour via delivery. Would use this location / home 10/10 times.

We had an amazing girls weekend here! The place definitely only fits 3 people but is great cost effective location. The city was nearby as well as some great food spots. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems or questions which made our stay feel safer. Overall we would recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay!

Edwin was very clear with the instructions on how to check in and very responsive. Place was nice and cozy. Walkable to downtown which was very convenient. Would book again if I were to visit Austin again

Wir hatten den besten Aufenthalt hier!!! Noch nie habe ich ein so süßes und durchdachtes Airbnb gehabt. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht eingerichtet- and den Vorhängen gibt es z.B einen QR Code wo erklärt wird wie die Fernbedienung für die Vorhänge funktionieren - einfach genial! Das Airbnb ist sehe schön eingerichtet, es ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Parken: auf der Straße vor dem Airbnb kann man parken. Es gibt sehr viel Platz für Autos. Umgebung: Entweder geht man zu Fuß, oder 2-3 min mit dem Auto und gelangt direkt zu Bars, Restaurants etc. Direkt um die Ecke ist auch ein kleiner Target. Generell war Austin sehr gut erreichbar - egal wohin, meist nur 10 min mit dem Auto und wir waren da. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen <3 Preisleistung ist einfach top! Viel günstiger als andere Unterkünfte und dann so eine top Ausstattung und Lage.

Awesome Loft visit! Very clean, beautiful backyard surroundings. I felt VERY safe. I'm not a big walker but I saw plenty of eateries on my 4 minute Lyft ride to my conference each day. There are 2 beds downstairs and a big one upstairs. All of which is up stairs above another space of some kind. I only stayed on the main floor to ensure easy bathroom access as I'm over 50. Also the loft has a ladder that pulls out for ease of access, I'm just too old to navigate such fancy apparatuses. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in Austin. I would opt for the main house if it was me and my 4 kids though. I had one minor issue upon arrival and the host was more than on-top to assist me. Probably the best host behavior I've experienced; and I'm a frequent traveler.

This was my and my boyfriends first time getting an Airbnb and it was a perfect first experience! The space with cozy, clean and accurate to the listing. Mindy helped us check in and was very responsive online. They provided various amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchen utensils, etc. There was also a pamphlet inside that had detailed instructions on check-in, check-out, & shops/restaurants/parks nearby. All in all a perfect experience ❤️

Modern decor in a clean and simple yet essentials-filled space. We could tell a lot of thought was put into this Airbnb, like the fan in the lofted bed area, the wine opener, first aid supplies including aloe gel, and the games and extra HDMI cable. Despite its small square footage, it felt roomy. My friend and I didn’t use the bed in the lofted space during our short stay, but the couch + pull out bed was comfy, but I’m not picky with beds. Location was perfect: super close (5 min walk) to east 6th street, and easy to hop onto to the highways.

Rented Edwin's place for a long weekend for a friends bachelor party and it was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful home, clean, plenty of space, and clear attention to detail and effort towards their guests. Breakfast spot and stores a quick walk around the corner and all nightlife activities within walking distance/ scooter distance. Communication was great, check in was easy. Everything needed to make it a seamless and fun weekend. Would highly recommend!!

Great spot in Austin! Easy to find, private parking in the back, and a beautiful view of the city. Walkable to a nearby plaza with awesome shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic. It’s hard to get closer the east 6th street than this. The space is cozy but had everything we needed for a week. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind a smaller space and wants to be close to the action. Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
