Great spot in Austin! Easy to find, private parking in the back, and a beautiful view of the city. Walkable to a nearby plaza with awesome shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The location is fantastic. It’s hard to get closer the east 6th street than this. The space is cozy but had everything we needed for a week. Beds were comfortable and space was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind a smaller space and wants to be close to the action. Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very nice home in a happening, walkable neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from lively E 5th and 6th streets, there is plenty to do right around the corner. The house itself was spic and span, with very clean and smart bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to families looking to be at home in Austin!

This home was BEAUTIFUL! Edwin was so responsive and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. Everything in the home is easy to find and the location was close to downtown and everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again

The stay was perfect. All instructions were clear, attraction list was perfect and while having dinner on the balcony some bats from the nearby bridge flew around. Perfect stay, would recommend ten times over.

We had a great stay at Edwin’s home! Comfy beds, amazing kitchen, and AC that saved us in the summer heat. They were always friendly and super quick to respond anytime we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

With this my first night in Austin, I have to say that it is off to a great start. Both of the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive with any issues that came up, which were few and far between. The Tesla EV charging was excellent and included in the price, as advertised. My favorite part was probably retracting the stairs for the upstairs loft. The engineering and workmanship of the retractable stairs makes going to bed my favorite part! Thanks again for a great experience.

This place was perfect for our trip! Was having a hard time finding a spot to host 8 guests near downtown and the property & location were perfect. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to book a spot near downtown Austin! Will definitely look to book again in the future!

I always stay one extra day after work trip in Austin near E 6th to meet friends. Love the area and this place was great! The cool staircase to a loft was a fun added bonus. Will be back!

This was an awesome property we really enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and the instructions were super clear! The location was awesome, with plenty of cool spots to eat and drink within a short walk. Highly recommend this property to anybody else visiting Austin!
