Perfect Little Spot! I will say that if you are not able to climb a ladder, this is not the spot for you. But for someone like me with good legs, it is absolutely perfect. Easy access to all the cute stuff on East sixth. Good little Uber drive from downtown. My accompanying friend commented on being able to take a walk late at night and feeling quite safe. And the AC works great in the main area. Personally, the upper loft gets a little warm so I slept downstairs. But my friend said it was great temperature in the loft for him with the fan. I also really appreciate the bathroom amenities and a large quantity of towels provided. I think those are really nice touches. The main unit does host other guests, but I don’t feel like they interrupted my stay. And I think it’s also a cute little opportunity to maybe meet some new people if you’re an outgoing person.

Edwin and his team were very hospitable. They provided clear guidance and checked in to make sure my accommodations were meeting my needs. They were friendly and professional. The home was a 7 min uber to everything downtown. It was remarkable. I would stay again.

Edwin’s place really felt like a home away from home. It was welcoming and very clean. It was nice being able to chill and relax before going out to a show and being able to come back and go straight to sleep. A seamless transition. If and when I’m ever back I’m Austin I would love to rebook!

Amazing spot in East Austin. Close to everything. The highlight was the rooftop patio with skyline views. Hosts are super helpful and quick to respond with any requests. Would definitely stay at this house or another owned by this host again.

Came out here for business/birthday party. Everything about this Airbnb was amazing. It was extremely clean, lots of supplies that I’ve never seen at any other bnb I stayed at, and the property itself it’s very modern and new. We all had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend

Great place and very responsive hosts. They checked in on us throughout the trip if we needed anything. The Steamer was broken and they had a new one there within an hour via delivery. Would use this location / home 10/10 times.

We had an amazing girls weekend here! The place definitely only fits 3 people but is great cost effective location. The city was nearby as well as some great food spots. The hosts were quick to respond to any problems or questions which made our stay feel safer. Overall we would recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay!

Rented Edwin's place for a long weekend for a friends bachelor party and it was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful home, clean, plenty of space, and clear attention to detail and effort towards their guests. Breakfast spot and stores a quick walk around the corner and all nightlife activities within walking distance/ scooter distance. Communication was great, check in was easy. Everything needed to make it a seamless and fun weekend. Would highly recommend!!

Very nice home in a happening, walkable neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from lively E 5th and 6th streets, there is plenty to do right around the corner. The house itself was spic and span, with very clean and smart bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to families looking to be at home in Austin!
